We can finally tell you!

In May, we will begin a new adventure in Stresa, on the shores of Lake Maggiore.

As you know, Mottarone and Villa Pizzini are magical places—immersed in nature, with breathtaking views, peace, tranquility, and so many other wonderful things. However, after 10 years of business and mountain life—and with the arrival of Nina, who will soon be starting school—it is time for us to move to a location that is more convenient for us (and for you!).

A few years ago, we realized that Villa Pizzini would eventually be a project with an "expiry date." All the pros mentioned above also come with many cons: the long commute every day, the difficulty of sourcing raw ingredients, constant weather surprises, and much more.

That villa was our first "baby," and it took us a while to make the decision to leave. We were waiting for the right opportunity, which finally presented itself at the end of 2025.

We will share more details with you in a few weeks, but we really wanted to give you this preview (word travels fast!) and reassure you that we aren’t abandoning you. In fact, we are quite literally coming to meet you halfway.

Rest assured, Sabina will still be our chef, and Ivan will be ready to welcome you to the dining room with his full wine cellar.
